Growing up with a Colombian father made life for baby Cristina a little different. Her childhood was enriched with cultural traditions which are expressed in each signature cocktail created. From winter nights holding a warm cup of Panella, to horseback jungle rides with a Guanabana shake in hand, Cristina’s earliest memories are honored.

The following beverages are an extension of our ideals with a focus on hyper-seasonal, organic ingredients. We forego traditional cocktail methodology, utilizing alternative handmade syrups. Our drinks are expressive of their natural environment.

Temazcal

A cocktail version of the traditional Mexican Hot Chocolate, the Temazcal honors a powerful ancient Mayan ritual of well-being and purification of the soul, spirit, and body.

A simple spin on a Tiki classic, our version of the Mai Tai pays tribute to the founder of Tiki Culture, Victor Jules Bergeron.

Conquistador

Notes: Guyabano & Passion Fruit

Content: Tequila, Colombian Aguardiente, Guyabano Juice, Homemade Platano Syrup, Passion Fruit Juice, Aquafaba, Lime & Gold

Traditional Colombian Aguardiente is made from cane sugar, and features a light liquorish flavor. Platanos (Plantains) are a hearty relative to the common banana found in the rich jungles of South America. Guyabano (Soursop) is a Latin American fruit filled with a white pulp.

This cocktail pays homage to the Colombian Tribe’s losses when the Spanish ravaged the jungles in their search for Gold and Jewels, forever changing the South American culture.

This clarified cocktail is crystal clear, made with Coconut Cream and Vegan safe. Every flavor is robust and bright.
